Hi Guys...
I recently went on holiday to Portugal with my mum, and wanted to share with you guys some of the amazing food that I had whilst I was there. We had some incredible food which varied from a Flaming salt coated Sea bass (which unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of), to a very delicious 7 course taster menu at a restaurant called Gusto by Heinz Beck who is one of Europe's most respected three star Michelin chefs.

p.s. sadly I cannot remember the names of the dishes, but I hope the pictures do them justice...
The food that I had at this restaurant was the highlight of my holiday, I LOVE food and being able to experience food of this calibre was just great. I would like to thank my mum for giving me this experience and for sharing it with me :) xx
